National Treasury Act Article 6
Each agency of the central government may, pursuant to provisions, safekeep the following sums of money, and spend it pursuant to the laws:1.Authorized petty cash;2.The budget fund of the central government agencies located overseas where there is no National Treasury agent institution;3.The budget fund of the agencies which have no fixed location; or4.The budget fund which has been approved by laws and regulations.

中央政府各機關對於左列各種支出，得按規定自行保管，依法支用：
一、額定零用金。
二、駐在國外機關所在地無國庫代辦機關者，其經費。
三、機關無固定地點者，其經費。
四、其他經法令許可者，其經費。
