The accounting matters of the head office of the National Treasury commissioned to the Central Bank is to be handled and conducted by the chief accounting personnel in the Department of Treasury of the Central Bank.The accounting matters of the branch office of the National Treasury is to be handled by the chief accounting personnel of agent institutions.
