National Treasury Act Article 14
Expenditure of each agency of the central government, unless otherwise stipulated in the regulations of this Act, shall be paid with the National Treasury deposit account.The payment of each annual expenditure shall be in accordance with the budget and the legal purposes and conditions of the approved distributed budget rules.
