Regulations Governing the Labeling of the Alcohol Products Article 8
The labeling of the name and address of the alcohol business set forth in Article 32, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 5 of the Act shall be sufficient to enable the consumer to identify and contact with the alcohol business.After the alcohol products confiscated or appropriated are disposed by tender, the competent authority shall make random inspection regarding the labeling of the name and address of the highest bidder before delivering said products to the highest bidder.

本法第三十二條第一項第五款酒業者名稱及地址之標示，應包括足供消費者辨識及聯絡之內容。
經沒收或沒入之酒類於標售處置後，應由主管機關抽檢已標示得標人名稱及地址，始能交付得標人。
