Regulations of Supervision on Loans Incurred by Privately-owned Major Economic Infrastructure Enterprises Guaranteed by Government Article 9
After the loans have been fully paid off, the guarantor shall submit the repayment certificate and report to the Ministry of Finance for verification to release the guarantee responsibility, and the Ministry of Finance shall forward it to the Executive Yuanfor future reference.
