Regulations Governing Undenatured Ethyl Alcohol Article 3
Where the industrial by-product of any business is ethyl alcohol, the business shall apply to the central competent authority for an establishment permit in accordance with the Act and the Regulations Governing the Approval and Review of Establishment and Modification of Alcohol and Tobacco Importer and Producer Licenses, and may begin selling its by-product ethyl alcohol only after obtaining an ethyl alcohol producer permit license.

工業副產品為酒精時，應依本法及菸酒業者申請設立及變更許可審查辦法規定，向中央主管機關申請設立許可，經取得酒精製造業許可執照後，始得銷售其副產之酒精。
