With regard to ethyl alcohol used for pharmacy or medical sanitation and sterilization, the inspection specifications shall conform to those standards stipulated in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Sellers of ethyl alcohol referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be limited to those who possess a pharmacy license or pharmaceutical business permit license.

供製藥使用或醫療衛生消毒使用之酒精，其檢驗規格應符合中華藥典規定之標準。
