Public Welfare Lottery Issue Act Article 14
The Competent Authority may dispatch personnel or delegate a professional organization to audit the operation and financial statements of the issuing institute, the delegated organization and retailers at any time, or have them submit required information within the time period prescribed by the Competent Authority.
