Enforcement Rules of Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects Article 5
The sewerage specified in Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 3 of the Act shall mean any of the following facilities:1. The sewers and affiliated facilities reserved for the treatment of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.2. The sewers and affiliated facilities for the treatment of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater combined with reclaimed water facilities.
