Chinese:: 促進民間參與公共建設法施行細則第32條

The same project referred to in Paragraph 3, Article 6-1 of the Act refers to a project that meets the following conditions:1. Same infrastructure project site area;2. Same infrastructure project category; and3. Same method of private participation or the method of private participation is regulated by Subparagraph 5, Paragraph 1, Article 8 of the Act instead.

本法第六條之一第三項所稱同一計畫，指符合下列條件之計畫：
一、同一公共建設用地範圍。
二、同一公共建設類別。
三、同一民間參與方式或民間參與方式改採本法第八條第一項第五款辦理者。
