Enforcement Rules of Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects Article 18

The parks and green spaces specified in Subparagraph 10, Paragraph 1, Article 3 of the Act shall mean any of the following facilities:1. Parks and green spaces and affiliated facilities in areas reserved for public facilities designated by urban planning authorities at various government levels in accordance with the Urban Planning Law;2. Parks and green spaces and affiliated facilities in the areas designated by the authorities of non-urban land at various government levels in accordance with the Regional Plan Act; and3. Green spaces, greenbelts, ecological greens community parks and affiliated facilities, subject to compulsory donation to the public after conversion of the land use registration as obligated by the relevant laws and regulations.
