Enforcement Rules of Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects Article 12
The audiovisual and music facilities specified in Subparagraph 6, Paragraph 1, Article 3 of the Act shall mean the institutions and affiliated facilities for exhibition, performance, production, distribution, screening, broadcasting of movies, radio and television, and popular music.
