The subsidiary organizations of the Ministry and their functions are as follows:1. National Treasury Administration: Planning and execution of fund collection and payment of the national treasury2.Taxation Administration: Planning and execution of national taxation3.Regional National Taxation Bureaus: Execution of tax collection transactions4.Customs Administration: Planning and execution of national Customs affairs5. National Property Administration: Planning and execution of national property transactions6.Fiscal Information Agency: Planning and execution of promotion and management of information of the Ministry and its subsidiary organizations (institutions)

一、國庫署：規劃、執行國庫及支付業務。
二、賦稅署：規劃、執行全國賦稅業務。
三、各地區國稅局：執行各地區國稅稽徵業務。
四、關務署：規劃、執行全國關務業務。
五、國有財產署：規劃、執行國有財產管理業務。
六、財政資訊中心：規劃、執行本部與所屬機關（構）資訊業務之推展及管理事項。
