Paragraph (1) The residence placement handled by the competent authority shall be free of the contractual tax over the transaction of real estate.Paragraph (2) The residence placement referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be free from house tax and land tax prior to the registration of transfer of the property right upon completion of the work.
