中文原文 國軍老舊眷村及不適用營地之國有土地標售或處分辦法第6條
國軍老舊眷村改建總冊內國有土地，有下情形之一者，得辦理專案讓售：
一、在本條例施行前依法設立且以公益為目的之社團法人，作為公益使用二十年以上，現仍供公益使用。
二、公營事業因業務上所必需。
前項社團法人或公營事業申請專案讓售時，應先備具事業計畫，指明價款來源，報請各該目的事業主管機關核轉國防部同意後為之。
