Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 8
The word “commander” in the Code denotes an officer or Sergeants that has the authority to command or the superior position; the word “senior officer ” in the Code denotes an officer or Sergeant that has the superior official rank.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第8條
本法所稱長官，謂有命令權或職務在上之軍官、士官。
本法所稱上官，謂前項以外，而官階在上之軍官、士官。
