Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 48
A person who participates in an open assembly with offence of the first paragraph shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than one year and not more than seven years; the ringleader shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than three years and not more than ten years.If the offence in the preceding paragraph committed in wartime shall be punished with death, imprisonment for life or imprisonment for not less than ten years; the ringleader shall be punished with death or imprisonment for life.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第48條
聚眾犯前條第一項之罪，首謀者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；在場助勢之人，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
戰時犯前項之罪，首謀者，處死刑或無期徒刑；在場助勢之人，處死刑、無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑。
