Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 30
A person who provides the troops with harmful food or other things will be punished with imprisonment for not more than seven years. If the death of the executants results from the commitment of the offence against the preceding paragraph, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment for life or imprisonment for not less than seven years; if the executants have serious harmful results, the offender shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than three years and not more than ten years.An attempt to commit an offence specified in the first paragraph is punishable.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第30條
有補給或食勤職務之人，供給部隊有害身體或健康之飲食品或其他物品者，處七年以下有期徒刑。
因而致人於死者，處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑；致重傷者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
第一項之未遂犯，罰之。
