Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 19
A person who renders military aids to an enemy or causes injury to the military interests of the Republic of China or an ally of the Republic of China with means excluding the two preceding articles shall be sentenced to imprisonment for ten years, death or imprisonment for life.An attempt to commit an offence specified in the preceding paragraph is punishable.A person who prepares or conspires to commit an offence specified in paragraph Ⅰshall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than six months and not more than five years; if the offence committed specified in the three preceding paragraphs was slight, the punishment may be reduced.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第19條
以前二條以外之方法供敵人軍事上之利益，或以軍事上之不利益害中華民國或其同盟國者，處死刑、無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑。
前項之未遂犯，罰之。
預備或陰謀犯第一項之罪者，處六月以上五年以下有期徒刑。
犯前三項之罪，情節輕微者，得減輕其刑。
