Military trial Article 7
The "wartime" referred in the law means during the period people defense aggression and start the war with President's command. The period under martial law due to war or insurgence is considered wartime.

本法稱戰時者，謂抵禦侵略而由總統依憲法宣告作戰之期間。
戰爭或叛亂發生而宣告戒嚴之期間，視同戰時。
