Military trial Article 67
If Military Court or minister who decides to recuse ,military judicator has to recuse by himself, it is adjudicated based on priority. The above adjudication doesn't have to be sent.

該管聲請迴避之軍事法院或院長，如認軍事審判官有應自行迴避之原因者，應依職權為迴避之裁定。
前項裁定，毋庸送達。
