The cases controlled by Higher-grade Military Court are as follows: 1. The first judge cases of general officer, field grade officer and same-leveled soldiers.2. Pursuit cases that don' t comply with judgment of Local Military Court and its branches.3. The cases that don't comply with Local Military Court and its branches.

高等軍事法院管轄案件如下︰一、將官、校官及其同等軍人犯罪之初審案件。
二、不服地方軍事法院及其分院初審判決而上訴之案件。
三、不服地方軍事法院及其分院裁定而抗告之案件。
