Military trial Article 234
Prisoners under imprisonment or detainment are executed inside the military prison except for special regulations. If there is no military prison in the place, the military guardian place or the judiciary prison are the replacements.The disciplinary action of people who are under peace protection will be executed by places equal to that appointed by the Ministry of National Defense or the judiciary safety-ensure place.

處徒刑及拘役之人犯，除別有規定外，於軍事監獄內執行之；無軍事監獄之處所，得由軍事看守所代監執行或囑託司法監獄或看守所執行。
受保安處分之人，於國防部指定之相當處所或囑託司法保安處分處所執行。
