Appeals made by the defendants inside the Control Office during the period of appealing are considered appeals within the appealing. The defendants who cannot make the appeal themselves should have the appeals made for them by public officials.After officials of the Control Office receives the first appeal form, he should note with the receiving year, month, date and time and send it to the original military court.
中文原文 軍事審判法第184條
在監所之被告，於上訴期間內向監所長官提出上訴書狀者，視為上訴期間內之上訴。
被告不能自作上訴書狀者，應由監所公務員代作。
監所長官接受第一項上訴書狀後，應附記接受之年、月、日、時，送交原審軍事法院。
