Standards for Granting Convicts Compensation in Wrongful Trials on Charges of Sedition and Espionage during the Martial Law Period Article 1
Standards herein are enacted in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Compensation Act for Wrongful Trials on Charges of Sedition and Espionage during the Martial Law Period (referred to as the "Act" hereinafter).
