Punishment Act for Violation to Military Service System Article 13
Any person who has any of the following behaviors in an attempt to obstruct military service shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five (5) years:1. Inciting others to evade conscription or recall.2. Instigating others to obstruct military service.3. Sheltering, hiding or providing convenience to a person who is under conscription or recall to evade military service.4. Substituting or introducing a substitute to a person to report to conscription or recall.5. Illegally exporting, importing, interfering, altering, changing, deleting, or destroying military service data or file, or hindering the accuracy of military service data or files by other illicit means.6. Deliberately submitting a false document to the authority so as not to be conscripted or recalled to military service.A person who has committed an offence provided in Subparagraph 4 of preceding paragraph that pertains to muster recall shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year, detention, or commutation to a fine of not more than NT$90,000.

意圖妨害兵役，而有下列行為之一者，處五年以下有期徒刑：
一、煽惑他人避免徵集、召集。
二、唆使他人妨害兵役。
三、庇護、隱匿或便利應受徵集、召集之男子逃避服役。
四、頂替他人或介紹他人頂替應徵或應召。
五、對於役政資料檔案為非法輸出、輸入、干擾、變更、刪改、滅失或以其他非法方法妨害役政資料檔案之正確。
六、明知為不實證件而交付各主管機關，使不應徵集或召集服役而服役。
犯前項第四款之罪，屬於點閱召集者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科新臺幣九萬元以下罰金。
