In order to increase income, MISRF can be used to buy government bond, treasury bill, and other short-term financial bills.The credit of company which issues financial bonds and other short-term-bonds should be rated above the certain level of credit by financial supervise authorities.The level of credit regulates by MND.

本基金為增加收益，得購買政府公債、國庫券、金融債券或其他短期票券。
前項金融債券及其他短期票券之發行公司，應經金融主管機關核准經營信用評等事業之機構評定為一定等級以上。
