If necessary, the competent authority may designate or confer with relevant authorities to supply proper manpower and equipment and assist in security maintenance due to the applications by Qualified Supplier.The regulations regarding the items, standards and related matters of the Qualified Supplier’s applications and fees under the preceding paragraph shall be decided by the competent authority.

主管機關認有必要時，得依合格廠商之申請，指派或協請相關機關支援適當之人力、裝備進駐，協助執行安全維護。
