Firearms Management Regulations for Self-Defense of Servicemen Article 21
All firearms and ammunition in Article 2 that were confiscated or purchased according to the regulations will be sent to the police organization of the holder's registered permanent residence in terms of the Firearms Management Act for Self-Defense of Servicemen.

本辦法第二條所列各類自衛槍枝及彈藥，依照本辦法規定應護沒入或收購者，由槍枝管理單位送請持有人戶籍地之市、縣（市）警察機關依自衛槍枝管理條例辦理。
