Paragraph (1)The term "cooperative sale" as referred to in these Rules means the sale conducted by the National Defense Technology Institute and the Private Entity on the products resulting from the cooperation between the National Defense Technology Institute and the Private Entity in research and development, production and manufacturing, or maintenance and repair.Paragraph (2)In case the Private Entity sells the products described in the preceding paragraph under its own brand name, these Rules shall not apply.

本辦法所稱合作銷售，指科技工業機構與法人團體就雙方合作研發、產製或維修之產品所進行之銷售行為。
法人團體以其自身品牌銷售前項產品時，不適用本辦法之規定。
