Regulations Governing the Handling of Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances by Military Agencies Article 9
A handling unit shall produce records on the handling of toxic chemical substances and file the the previous year handling record report in writing to the competent authority at municipality, county/city levels before January 10th every year and submit the report to the Ministry of National Defense, the superior Headquarters/Command, Bureau or the National Defense University for reference.The record specified in the preceding paragraph shall be properly retained at the handling site of toxic chemical substances for 3 years.
中文原文 軍事機關運作毒性及關注化學物質管理辦法第9條
運作單位應製作毒性化學物質運作紀錄，於每年一月十日前，向直轄市、縣（市）主管機關以書面申報前一年之運作紀錄申報表，並依其隸屬報請國防部、各司令部（指揮部）、各局或國防大學備查。
前項紀錄，應於毒性化學物質運作場所妥善保存三年。
