Regulations Governing the Handling of Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances by Military Agencies Article 15
The provisions of these Regulations shall apply mutatis mutandis to the managing authorities, employment of professional technical management personnel, production, filing and retention of records, storage and audit of concerned chemical substances.
