Regulations Governing the Handling of Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances by Military Agencies Article 12
When the competent authority of environmental protection assigns agents to a handling unit to inspect the handling situation of its toxic chemical substances in accordance with the Act, the handling unit shall assign personnel to accompany the agents.
