Basing on its needs The Ministry of National Defense can,organize a College Preserve Military Officer's Training Team,the Enforcement Regulations of selecting、training、distributing of public expense、expelling 、management and service of the team are approved by the Ministry of National Defense together with the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Interior.
