Paragraph (1)The previous article subparagraph 1 the student whom received government fellowship funding should make the compensation to the government if he/she violate the contract.Paragraph (2)The detail of the compensation issues are approved by MND.

前條第一項受領公費待遇及津貼之學員生，違反應履行義務及應遵行事項規定時，應予賠償。
前項賠償事由、範圍、程序、分期賠償及免予賠償條件等相關事項之辦法，由國防部定之。
