Vital Area Regulations Article 7-2
* Due to the safety concerns, aquatic plant collection, ship docking, hunting, fishing and fish farming is not permitted within any military port and its surrounding restricted areas or any weapons firing range.* Unless permitted by the Department of Defense, any commercial (fishing) vessels or other floating crafts and their personnel as well as any foreign military vessels are prohibited from entering military ports and their surrounding restricted waters.

軍用港口限制區內為發揮安全防護及武器效能所規劃之範圍，禁止採藻、繫泊、漁獵及養殖等。
商（漁）船、漂浮器、人員及外國籍軍艦等，非經國防部同意，禁止進入軍用港區與限制水域。
