The budgeting of the authorities’ expenses for mobilization readiness operations should be conducted and processed based on budgeting procedures.The budgeting of the municipal and county (city) governments’ expenses for investigations and drills in cooperation with the rules of this act should be planned by the authorities of mobilization branch plans.
