Armed Forces Uniforms Act Article 9-1
Special purpose uniform items prepared and worn by active duty servicemen due to the needs of their employing agency, unit or assignment may not included in the supply and distribution system, for which allowances shall be disbursed by the service agency of the active duty servicemen instead.The recipients, criteria, amounts, and manners of allowances disbursement under the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed separately by the Ministry of National Defense and the National Security Bureau.

現役軍人因任職機關（構）、單位或擔任任務之特殊性所發著工作服裝，得不納入籌補，由服務機關發放代金。
