Act of Military Service for Officers and Non-commissioned Officers of the Armed Forces Article 44

The divorced spouse of the Officer or Non-commissioned Officer who has any of the circumstances stipulated in Paragraph 2 of Article 41 loses the rights of allocation of the retirement pay or pension to the Officer or Non-commissioned Officer provided in Article 42.
