The Enforcement Act of Act of Military Service System Article 49
Oaths prescribed in accordance with Articles 45, subparagraph 1 of the Act Of Military Service System are as follows:I do solemnly and sincerely swear that I will be royal to the nation, safeguard the security of the State,observe military regulations, obey orders, faithfully perform my duties and keep military secrets. Should I break my oath, I shall be willing to submit myself to severe punishment by the State. This is my solemn oath.

依兵役法第四十五條第一款規定宣誓之誓詞如下：余敬謹宣誓，效忠中華民國，保衛國家人民，恪遵軍中法令，服從長官命令，盡忠職責，嚴守祕密，如違誓言，願受嚴厲之處分。
