Armed Forces Disciplinary Punishment Act Article 2
Unless otherwise stipulated by other laws, the imposition of disciplinary punishment on a servicemember due to his/her commission of the disciplinary offense shall be governed by this Act.The provisions in this Act shall apply to anyone who loses the servicemember status but commits disciplinary offenses while he/she is in active service.

軍人違紀行為之懲罰，除其他法律另有規定外，依本法行之。
