Paragraph (1)The approval and allocation of budget by a governmental agency for the NCSIST shall be governed by legal budgetary procedures and supervised by the audit authority.Paragraph (2)If the budget in the paragraph 1 exceeds fifty percent of the annual budgetary income of the then current year, the competent supervisory authority shall submit the annual budgetary statement of the NCSIST to the Legislative Yuan for review.

政府機關核撥本院之經費，應依法定預算程序辦理，並受審計監督。
前項經費超過本院當年度預算收入來源百分之五十者，應由國防部將本院年度預算書，送立法院審議。
