Paragraph (1)NCSIST shall make the guidance of 10-year national defense technology development and 5-year national defense technology research, applications, production plan under Paragraph 2 of Article 20, and submit to the MND for approval every four years.Paragraph (2)NCSIST shall make annual business plans and allocate its budgets, and submit to the board of directors for approval and report to the MND for reference filing.

本院應依本條例第二十條第二項之指導，每四年訂定十年期國防科技發展構想與每年訂定五年期國防科技研究、應用及產製計畫，並報請國防部核定。
