Regulations Governing Financial Assistance to Encourage Business Entrepreneurs to Invest in Countries Having Diplomatic Relations with the Republic of China (Taiwan) Article 10
Applications for financial assistance by business entrepreneurs investing in Taiwan’s diplomatic allies shall be governed by these Regulations. However, where other laws and regulations provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail.
