Investments provided by the Fund shall be used for the following purposes:1. Assisting diplomatic allies or friendly countries in developing industries, facilitating technical upgrades, and accelerating economic development.2. Other activities that may contribute to the development of international economic cooperation or the promotion of international friendship and relations.
