Statute Governing Privileges and Immunities of Foreign Missions and Their Personnel in the Republic of China (Taiwan) Article 1
The privileges and immunities of foreign missions and their personnel in the Republic of China (Taiwan) shall be governed by this Statute, unless specified otherwise by relevant treaties or agreements.
