Regulations Governing Technical Assistance and Capacity Building for International Cooperation and Development Affairs Article 6
When commissioned to provide technical assistance and capacity building pursuant to Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Act, the TaiwanICDF shall observe the regulations stipulated in the Regulations Governing Technical Cooperation and Assistance by the International Cooperation and Development Fund with respect to the recipients, types, methods, procedures, qualifications and other requirements.Other legal entities, organizations or professionals commissioned to provide technical assistance and capacity building services pursuant to Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Act shall also comply with the regulations prescribed in the preceding paragraph with respect to the recipients, types, methods, procedures, qualifications and other requirements.

國合會依本法第十一條第一項規定受託辦理技術協助及能力建構之對象、類別、方式、程序、條件及其他應遵行事項，應依財團法人國際合作發展基金會技術合作處理辦法之規定辦理。
國合會以外之法人、團體或專業人士依本法第十一條第一項規定受託辦理技術協助及能力建構之對象、類別、方式、程序、條件及其他應遵行事項者，準用前項辦法之規定辦理。
