Passport Act Article 29
In the event of any of the following acts, imprisonment of no less than one year but no more than seven years and a fine of no more than NT$700,000 may be imposed on related persons when such acts are deemed to harm the general public or others:1. Purchase or sale of passport2. Use of passport to offset debts or liabilities3. Forgery or alteration of passport4. Use of a forged and altered passport referred to in the preceding Subparagraph

有下列情形之一，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑，得併科新臺幣七十萬元以下罰金：
一、買賣護照。
二、以護照抵充債務或債權。
三、偽造或變造護照。
四、行使前款偽造或變造護照。
