Regulations Concerning Review and Issuance Procedures for Employment-seeking Visa Applications Submitted by Foreign Professionals Article 4
R.O.C. overseas missions shall process foreign professionals’ employment-seeking visa applications after verifying that all required documents have been submitted. If a review of the application raises no concerns, the R.O.C. overseas mission shall issue a multiple-entry visitor visa to the applicant that is valid for three months and allows for a stay in Taiwan of up to six months.If concerns exist regarding the applicant’s eligibility following review of the application, it shall be transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which shall request that the competent central authority assist in reviewing the applicant’s eligibility.

駐外機構受理外國人申請尋職簽證，經檢視應備文件齊全後即予受理，並在審查無虞後，由駐外機構核發三個月效期、多次入國、停留期限六個月之停留簽證。
駐外機構審查後，如對申請人之資格有疑義，得轉送外交部，由外交部轉請中央目的事業主管機關協助審查其資格。
