Act for the Establishment of the International Cooperation and Development Fund Article 9
The Board of Directors shall have the authority over and responsibility for the following:(1) Approval of business plans,(2) Examination and approval of all major projects,(3) Management and use of funds,(4) Examination and approval of budget and audit,(5) Appointment and removal of key personnel, and(6) Examination or approval of other important matters.
